Any screen can become a Live Label.

A TV, a media stick, a spare tablet or an old monitor. There’s nothing to buy or install, and it costs nothing extra.

A Coral Reef Live Label on a wall TV, in Harbourside Aquarium's colours: copperband butterflyfish, mandarinfish, squarespot anthias and toadstool coral
A TV on the wall
An Open Ocean Live Label on an iPad, in Fernhollow Wildlife Park's colours: green sea turtle, cownose ray and moon jellyfish
A spare tablet
The common starfish's page from the Rockpools Live Label on a monitor, in Sealife Adventure's colours
An old monitor

Choose the perfect layout for your screen.

A TV across the hall and a tablet by the glass can show the same exhibit in different ways.

Field guide layout on a wall TV: the Coral Reef's species as a row of cards with arrows, in Harbourside Aquarium's colours
Field guide: every animal in the tank
Spotlight layout on a wall TV: the copperband butterflyfish fills the screen with its size, diet, range and a fact
Spotlight: one animal at a time
Attract loop on a wall TV: a clownfish fact over a full-screen photo, with a button to explore the reef
Attract loop: plays when nobody’s using it
The mandarinfish's animal page on a wall TV, with a back button, its Red List status and a fact
Animal page: its own layout and text size
  1. Talk reminders.

A few minutes before a talk, the screen tells everyone standing near it. A tap closes it.

  2. Looks after itself.

It goes back to the start when nobody’s using it, and your portal shows you if a screen goes offline.

  3. Big exhibits scroll.

When there are more animals than fit, arrows on both sides show there’s more to see.

Make it match your brand.

Your logo and your colours, on every screen. Try the same label in three sites’ colours.

Run every screen from your portal.

Every screen at your site in one list: what it shows, how it looks, and whether it’s online.

A page for every animal.

Tap an animal and its page opens, with its own layout and text size. Left alone, the screen goes back to the exhibit.

  1. Pick the exhibit.

Every exhibit in your portal already has a page: its species, its animals, their photos and stories. That page is the label.

  2. Add the screen in your portal.

Name it, pick its exhibit and layout, then open its short link on a TV, a media stick, a spare tablet or an old monitor. You won’t need us on site, and it costs nothing extra.

  3. Edit once.

Move an animal, add a species, or fix a typo: any changes you make through the Portal are shown instantly on your screens.
